When you make a booking with Ultimatedownwinder.com it means that you agree to the terms & conditions. Make sure you have read these conditions before making the booking.

The person who books the experience is liable (also for all the others that he / she logs).
After receiving the booking confirmation, changes can be made up to 28 days before departure date (if the desired change is still possible). An alteration fee of € 10,– will be charged plus any additional costs that occurred making this change.
PAYMENT & DEPOSIT
The deposit is 50% of the total amount of your booking. This amount must be paid within 14 days after receiving the booking confirmation. This is also not refundable. The balance must be received two weeks in prior to departure at your Ultimate Downwinder Experience. When you make a booking with an departure within two weeks, you have to transfer the entire amount at once.
A cancellation must be reported by e-mail with a valid reason. Please note that a cancellation is never without any charge. Only if you have an cancellation insurance with a valid reason, you are entitled to receive a (partial) refund of the fare. Only cancellations by email submitted by the party leader will be taken serious. A fellow traveller is not jointly and severally liable and therefore cannot pass forward the cancellation. Ultimate Downwinder is always trying to find an appropriate solution, but cannot be held liable for cancellation.
CANCELLATION OF A HOLIDAY BY ULTIMATE DOWNWINDER
Some tours on location require a minimum participation. Until a few days before leaving on this trip can still be cancelled or rescheduled. Keep this in mind!!
14 days after receiving your booking confirmation, your cancellation will be free of charge (unless your departure is within 14 days!)
Within 14 days, a deposit of at least 50% is required in order to confirm and guarantee your booking.
Till 14 days before departure the remaining balance must be paid. Within 14 days before departure we use a 100% cancellation fee and unfortunately do not refund any money.
BOOKING AND PAYMENTS
The moment you have given all the details and have agreed to the terms of Ultimate Downwinder, we see this as a definite booking. 14 days after your booking we need at least a 50% deposit (of the total amount) to secure and guarantee your booking. You can make a bank transfer to IBAN: NL15 KNAB 0258 0625 09 on behalf of Ultimate Downwinder with your booking code or destination name and your full name.
It is possible that photos of accommodation do not match due to group size and high demand of other tour operators throughout the season. Ultimate Downwinder cannot be held liable. Any errors in a brochure, route advertisement or other publication will be corrected on www.ultimatedownwinder.com, so you can always find the most current and accurate information.
Ultimate Downwinder needs your details to complete your holiday booking, request a brochure or join the newsletter. Your information will be handled with care by Ultimate Downwinder. Your data will not be provided to third parties.
Prices quoted are EUR prices based on daily currency exchange rates current at the time of quotation. The price of your experience is inclusive of taxes and where applicable, all additional fees and charges and other costs. Ultimate Downwinder works with fluctuating prices, which are based on the basis of supply and demand. This may sometimes prevent the experience that you book later is offered cheaper or perhaps more expensive. Furthermore, we often work with last-minute and several special offers. This means that prices can fluctuate during the season and the current prices can be found on www.ultimatedownwinder.com.
MEDIATION OF TRAVEL
Flights and other parts of the journey, we are purely a mediated party. We will post these items separately on the invoice and also above the relevant conditions of this organization.
By making the booking declares the minor passenger to have received permission from parents and / or guardians.
THE CONDITIONS FOR A SINGLE OR SHARED ROOM
The prices are different per room. If you book a single room or a double room the price will not be the same. This also depends on occupancy and season.
If you booked a shared room, there will always be the possibility you will be sharing the room with someone else during your stay. If you want more privacy you can book a single room or share the room with a friend. We separate man and women rooms (if possible).
When Ultimate Downwinder has received the payment in full, the travel documents will be sent by email a week before departure. All needed information about your experience will be included. Would you like to receive your travel documents by mail, it will cost € 15, – additionally calculated shipping. You must check the data on the (airline) tickets and vouchers for accuracy. If something is not what you booked, then you should contact Ultimate Downwinder as soon as possible.
It is forbidden to travel with an expired passport or identity card. Most countries now require passports to be valid for at least 6 months after your return. Make sure to check with the country embassy you’re travelling to if a visa is required. Having the right travel documents, is always your own responsibility. Ultimate Downwinder cannot be held liable.
We would like to point out that bookings you make on www.ultimatedownwinder.com are not refundable or regarding our cancellation policy.
The participant of this experience is at all times liable for all damages caused by the participant to materials belonging to the organization Ultimate Downwinder and damages caused to third parties. Also, the participant will be liable for damages caused to the accommodation or if any vegetation or furniture.
PARTICIPATION AT YOUR OWN RISK
The participant has to know to participate in the (kite) packages is at your own risk. The participant declares to agree with this statement at the time of booking and cannot hold the organization responsible for damages in any form and is caused by any reason whatsoever. Participation (in kiteboarding) packages can only happen if the declaration is signed by each participant or agreed upon booking.
EXCLUSION OF PARTICIPATION OF MISCONDUCT
When misconduct or failure to follow instructions of the organization, the participant may be excluded from further participation in the (kite) packages without refund of the fare. Exclusion of participation is at the discretion of the organization.
Nothing on the website or brochure of Ultimate Downwinder may be copied, reproduced and / or published by means printing, photocopying, microfilm or any means without the prior written consent of the organisation.
DISSATISFIED OR COMPLAINTS
Do you have complaints about the experience or are you not satisfied with the accommodation, then you should report this immediately to the representation of Ultimate Downwinder on-site. Or contact our office so that action can be taken immediately. When arriving back home, it is often too late, so let us know in time.
APPLICABLE LAW & DISPUTES
- Dutch law applies to all offers, requests, orders, and agreements of Ultimate Downwinder, as well as to the execution of orders by Ultimate Downwinder. 2. All disputes, including those considered as such by one of the parties only, arising from or related to the agreement to which these conditions apply.
